Free shipping in the United States

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum, and most orders reach US addresses in two to five business days.

How fast

• Orders placed before the afternoon on a business day usually leave the warehouse the next business day.
• Transit is typically two to five business days to US addresses.
• You get a tracking number by email as soon as the box is scanned.
• Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday go out Monday.

November and December run slower everywhere. If it is a gift, order with a week of slack.

Where we ship

US addresses only for now, including PO boxes where the carrier allows it. We do not ship internationally yet. If you are outside the US, write to us and we will let you know when that changes.

If it does not show up

Tracking says delivered and the box is not there? Give it 24 hours, check with anyone else in the building, then email hello@saintesenswings.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier or send another one.

If the box arrives crushed or the swing is damaged, take a photo before you unpack any further and send it to us. That makes the replacement quick.
