30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your swing arrives to send it back for a full refund. It needs to be unused or in like-new condition, and we pay the return shipping.

To start one, email hello@saintesenswings.com with your order number. We send a prepaid label the same or next business day. Once the swing gets back to us we refund the original payment method, usually within three business days, and your bank takes a few days after that.

If the swing arrived damaged or the wrong color came, do not bother packing it carefully. Send us a photo and we will make it right.

1-year warranty

Every swing is covered for one year from the day you buy it. The warranty covers the fabric and the hardware. If the fabric tears or a part fails, we send you a replacement.

Send a photo of the problem to hello@saintesenswings.com and we will ship a replacement. No return shipping, no restocking fee, no arguing.

Using it safely

• Ages 3 and up. An adult supervises, every time.
• One person at a time, up to 200 pounds.
• Mount only to a wood ceiling joist, a suitable concrete ceiling, a sturdy living tree branch, or a play set beam rated for a swing. Never drywall.
• Pull firmly on the swing to test it before use, and check the strap, the carabiner and the ceiling mount before every session.
• Keep about three feet of clear space in every direction, including the full circle the swing can reach when it spins.
